HOSE TWISTED

SYMPTOM: Hose appears to be flattened and kinked along it’s length which follows a helical pattern.

CAUSE: Hose was twisted during service from being connected to rotating actuators or devices.

SOLUTION: Install inline swivels to accommodate rotational motion.
